Kotor 2 Bao Dur Jedi
STAR WARS™ Knights of the Old Republic™ II: The Sith Lords™. I've found this mod to make Bao-Dur able to wear jedi robe, but it's not on steam. Is there any way I could use it? I'm playing KOTOR 2 for the second time now, in large part looking for cool stuff I might have missed the first time, or interesting new ways to use characters. Are there any character combinations that produce particularly entertaining interactions? It seems like there aren't quite as many of these as there were in the first game, or maybe I just haven't run into many.On characters, does anything interesting ever happen with Bao-Dur, either in gameplay or roleplaying? What do you do with him? I'm always sort of confused about what to do with characters who have the unusual unarmed combat traits - how worthwhile is that stuff? Bao-Dur never seems terribly exciting as a combat guy whatever I do with him, so I've been mostly using him as a rifleman when I do use him, especially since I tend to have a surplus of melee anyhow. But generally I don't use him much when I'm carrying a tech specialist, since I like T3 better. Can Bao-Dur become a Jedi? If so, how?Anybody have particularly cool weapon/armor/lightsaber upgrade builds?

Kotor 2 Bao Dur Jedi Dialogue
They don't do the random intraparty cutscene conversations in 2: instead, they interact with each other whenever you go back to the Ebon Hawk, so you're basically free to take whichever characters you like. That said, there may still be some randomness to it; I know that in at least one playthrough, I got to see a conversation between Bao-Dur and Kreia that I'd never seen before. It wasn't anything world-shaking, just a vague exchange about what he did at Malachor (with a little subtle racism from Kreia as she suggested that only a nonhuman could have devised such a hideous weapon as the Mass Shadow Generator).-which just goes to show that kreia can still be pretty naiveryan. Kreia's great to have along early on because you can use her in a support capacity and all of the buffing powers she uses on herself also affect you, like getting Knight Speed even if you're wearing heavy armor. As the game goes on, though, she becomes increasingly useless, to the point that I get pissed off when I have to take her with me on Onderon. One of the things I'd like to see changed in KOTOR3 would be a new category for NPC behavior in combat. Right now there's aggressive, ranged, grenadier, Jedi support and, IIRC, stationary.Aggressive means you'll attack with the weapon at hand. Ranged means you'll attack with ranged weapons but switch to melee if enemies get into hand to hand.

Jedi support is Agressive, but using Jedi powers to help out the party. I'd rather see a Jedi Ranged Support option, so's my Jedi can use their guns at range, then switch to lightsabers when necessary.
