Speak to Maxine, the cat who lives in the town hall. After that, you'll need to speak to Sam again.From there, you won't be able to advance the quest until you can enter the Black Cove in. After defeating Pontius and looting his key, open the large black gate on the plateau where the orcs and skeletons were fighting each other. Pontius's key unlocks the gate.Past the gate, you'll have a linear path. At the end of it, you'll fight a giant enemy. Just past him is a ghost woman, and near her is an item called Sam's collar.Once you have the collar, return to Sam and talk to him, and you'll hand over the collar.
