Something Went Wrong This User Is Not Authorized To Enroll

Posted by admin

Just today I have gotten a black screen that says 'Something went wrong (code: 0x80090027). Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem'. This has happened 3 times and the computer works only after a 10-minute restart. Aug 11, 2018 - In case you are getting error 801c0003 (This user is not autherized to enroll) when joining your computer to Azure Active Directory, it is likely. Dns servers do not make a difference. We are successfully reaching Azure, because if I type in a wrong password it immediately rejects my request. We are not using intune, sccm, ad connect, or wmi filtering of any kind. We have been using this AAD domain for about 2 years now and have not had an issue until just this past week.

I’m having the same issue. I have deleted and downloaded the app 6 times. I log on and it keeps wanting me to rejoin. I made it through the full process 3 times but when I get out of the app and go back in.

Nope forget it. Can’t get in.

Not

Asking for me to re-enroll. Just got off the phone with AT&T and the agent said there are glitches just like with all new apps.

Wrong

It was just added on the 14th. Stop trying so I don’t get charged and try again in a few days.So.

Now the norm with AT&T is to accept sub standard performance. I’m so over it. I just had to write a letter to main office over a disputed overage charge. That agent told me it’s because of IOS12. That’s insane. I have questionable service in many areas, just poor.

I left Verizon to join my husband and that was a BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer service.NPS ZERONO WONDER JD POWERS HAS THEM LAST!!! I have had to download the app from the App Store too many times to count. Most times it gives me the “Oops something went wrong” message but have been able to get in twice.

Each of those times I’ve had to set the account up, set the restrictions and link my kids’ accounts with their app. I called in, waited forever on hold, had to go rounds with the operator because she kept telling me I wasn’t logging in properly, then was tfr’d to the tech department only to be on hold for 30 min. This is awful that the app was not properly vetted and tested prior to canceling the other parental control app. I’d much rather pay for an app that works than deal with this crap.

Hello,Thank you for writing your query in Microsoft Community. I would like to have some more understanding to the issue so that we can diagnose and work on the issue faster. Kindly provide me the following information:.Did you use the same Microsoft account to setup user account on this computer?I would suggest you to create a new local user account using the below stepsSteps:.From the desktop press Windows flag key + R.And type netplwiz and click ok.This will open user account window click add and follow the onscreen instruction to create a new local account.Reply with the status of the issue and we will be glad to offer our assistance. @ArulDThat allowed me to create the account. And I got all excited and thought 'Why does MS hide the stuff that works and promote stuff that doesn't work?'

I just found another resource and someone had posted the following:I have to test it further later, however I was able to go beyond the error message.Go to Control PanelThen 'Internet Options'.Select 'Advanced' tab.Take the scrollbar to bottom.Mark these options:'Use SSL 2.0'Use SSL 3.0'Use TSL 1.0'Use TSL 1.1'Use TSL 1.2'Click 'Ok' button.Try again, the 'Something went wrong' error should be gone.Source:http://www.tenforums.com/user-accounts-family-safety/14404-windows-10-wont-let-me-sign-into-microsoft-accounts.html. Thanks for posting this.I upgraded to the most-recent Windows 10 Professional preview version on my laptop.

As a result, I experienced Dell Security Tools trouble and I had to roll back.As a result, when I lock my screen, if I try to reenter, it tells me I'm already logged in and only one instance of the account can be active. I have to power cycle to get back in.Meanwhile, I tried your post above and was able to add an account, but my situation is otherwise unchanged. I can't switch users. When I boot fresh, the other account isn't shown as an option.

Locking still tells me I'm already logged in, and also fromthat interface, the other account isn't shown as an option.
